§ 1 Scope & Provider

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of digital compliance products (“Compliance Kits”) offered by:

§ 2 Products & Pricing

We offer the following digital compliance kits:

• Starter Kit: €149 (one-time) – 5 core templates (DE), risk checklist, Quick Check tool, Scanner tool
• Business Kit: €299 (one-time) – 11 templates (DE+EN), training materials, governance documents, all 6 online tools
• Enterprise Kit: €499 (one-time) – 16 templates (DE+EN), high-risk AI compliance, NIS2 supplement, supplier assessment, priority support

All prices are final prices. VAT is not charged pursuant to § 19 UStG (German Small Business Regulation).

§ 3 Contract Formation

The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking “Buy Now” and completing the payment process, you submit a binding order. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by sending the download link via email.

§ 4 Payment & Delivery

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Accepted methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Upon successful payment, you will receive:

• A confirmation email with your personal download link
• The download link is valid for 30 days
• The kit is delivered as a ZIP archive containing .docx, .xlsx, and .pptx files

§ 5 License & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you receive a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the templates for one company or organization. You may:

• Edit, customize, and print the templates for internal use
• Use them as part of your compliance documentation

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the templates
• Share them with third parties outside your organization
• Use them to create competing products

§ 6 Disclaimer

Our compliance kits serve as guidance documents and do not constitute legal advice. They have been created based on the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), the GDPR, and current best practices. JOJO Intelligent Automatics is not a law firm. We recommend consulting a qualified attorney for specific legal questions. We do not guarantee legal compliance through the use of our templates alone.

§ 7 Liability

Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of our templates as a substitute for professional legal advice. In any case, our liability is limited to the purchase price paid.

§ 8 Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase – no questions asked. Contact us at jojo_ia@web.de.

§ 9 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer within the EU, you also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Worms, Germany.

§ 10 Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
