3.1 Vercel (Web Application & Backend)
Our website and backend services are hosted on Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you visit our website, Vercel processes your IP address and request data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Vercel participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
3.2 Cloudflare Pages (Landing Page)
Parts of our website are hosted on Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare may process IP addresses for delivery and security purposes. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Payment Processing
Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc., 354 Oyster Point Blvd, South San Francisco, CA 94080, USA. When you make a purchase, Stripe processes your payment data (name, email, payment details). 5. Web Analytics

6. Compliance Tools (Browser-Based)
Our free compliance tools (Quick Check, Scanner, Calculator, Tracker, Badge Generator, Kit vs. Lawyer comparison) run entirely in your browser. No data is sent to our servers unless you explicitly submit it (e.g., email capture). Your inputs are processed locally and are not stored.
7. Email Communication
If you provide your email address (purchase, lead magnet, or contact), we use it to:

- Send onboarding emails related to your purchase (can be unsubscribed)

Purchase data is retained for the duration required by German tax law (10 years for invoices). Email addresses for marketing are deleted upon unsubscription. Server logs are automatically deleted after 30 days.
