What exactly is the EU AI Act?
The EU AI Act is the world's first comprehensive regulation for Artificial Intelligence. It enters into force in stages and applies to all companies in the EU that develop, distribute, or deploy AI systems.
Is the kit legal advice?
No. The JOJO AI Compliance Kit provides guidance materials and templates for preparing for the EU AI Act. It does not replace individual legal advice. For binding legal assessments, we recommend consulting a specialized attorney.
Which companies is the kit suitable for?
The kit is designed for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the DACH region and beyond that use or plan to use AI systems and want to prepare for the EU AI Act. It is especially suited for companies without an in-house legal department.
How quickly can I start using the kit?
Immediately. After purchase, you receive a direct download link. The templates are structured so that they can be completed in one afternoon (approx. 3–4 hours).
In which languages are the templates available?
All templates in the Business and Enterprise packages are available in German and English. The Starter package includes the core templates in German.
What if the EU AI Act changes?
The Enterprise package includes a 12-month update guarantee. Should the regulation change significantly, Enterprise customers will receive updated templates. All other packages reflect the status at the time of purchase.
How does the money-back guarantee work?

Do I still need a lawyer?
The kit does not replace a lawyer, but it can significantly reduce the need for legal consultation. Many SMEs use the kit as initial preparation and then consult a lawyer for specific questions if needed – which is much more cost-effective than a full initial consultation.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all common payment methods through our payment provider: credit card, PayPal, SEPA direct debit, and other local payment methods.
Is there a VAT obligation?
No. All prices are VAT-exempt pursuant to §19 UStG (small business regulation). The listed prices are final prices.
